In 2008, Steve made the significant decision to leave my home state of Mississippi and relocate to the beautiful region of middle Tennessee. This move was motivated by my aspiration to pursue a career in the diesel industry, so Steve enrolled in a specialized diesel school that offered comprehensive training in the field. After a year of hard work and dedication, Steve proudly graduated from the National American Diesel College (NADC) in 2009. Steve achieved this milestone with honors and maintained a record of perfect attendance, a testament to my commitment and passion for my chosen career path.

Starting out in the industry, Steve found himself working on tractor-trailer units, which provided him with invaluable hands-on experience. Driven by a desire to continuously learn and expand my technical skill set, Steve sought opportunities to gain as much technician experience as possible while he was still young and eager. This drive led me to advance my career further into the realms of off-road heavy equipment and the automotive industry, where he was able to diversify my knowledge and expertise.

Throughout his career, he has obtained several Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications, which have bolstered his credentials and demonstrated my proficiency in various aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair. Additionally, he possess a large collection of factory equipment training accumulated over the years, ensuring that I am well-equipped to handle a wide range of technical challenges.

Despite the evolution of his career and the many experiences he has amassed, his passion for this work remains as strong as it was on the very first day of my initial job. He still loves what he does and is grateful for the journey that has brought him to where he is today.
